About me

My journey so far...

With extensive experience in the Digital Realm working in roles both within Australia and London, i have found that things are often a lot harder than they need to be, that is why i started MJ Digital. You will find me to be a responsive, eager, and determined individual who is always looking for a new idea to explore. My roles have given me extensive experience across a range of industries including FMCG, Auto, Real Estate, Construction, Major Events (F1 and MotoGP) & not-for-profit organisations. I work hard to expand my professional skill set and I demonstrate this by being proactive and accepting more responsibilities. My strong work ethic and consistent ability to perform ensures projects are completed to a high standard. 


2021 - Present

The Oodie
Head of eCommerce

My responsibilities of Head of eCommerce at The Oodie involve overseeing anything that relates to the website, of note this includes Stakeholder involvement and management for all major projects, any and all website Development, including the major rebuild we have just completed, business and department process implementation and optimisation as well as day-to-day operations and optimization of the website working alongside multiple teams to ensure the site is optimized to its full potential and we are maximizing our revenue.

2019 - 2021

WeAreDigital - Melbourne
Delivery Lead

I was brought into WeAreDigital to lead their newly created development team and strategize new processes to assure efficient, profitable projects with client satisfaction at the forefront. My focus has been on implementing Jira, launching development workflows and ceremonies, creating documentation portals and process’, resourcing for 3 teams and project management process to ensure success and profitability. This saw the effective utilisation rate rise from 50% to 80% + in a matter of months.


In addition to running a development team of 6 I also managed a base of 6 clients which all had both ongoing projects and BAU retainers. I was responsible for ensuring delivery through sprints for all BAU contracts and ensuring a profitable and efficient delivery of all projects through the chosen delivery methodology. 

2019 - 2020

LAB - London
Senior Digital Producer

Hired initially as a Digital Producer, I was promoted to Senior Digital Producer after 9 months. I managed a portfolio of six key clients which contributed to over £1.5 million profit. My responsibilities included securing business, defining the technology stack & SOW to design, build and post- launch support, and future phase definition.


I managed C-Suite level clients and a development team of 30 people located in South Africa. With each client, I adapted to a way of working that ensured successful collaboration. In addition, I maintained constant communication and monitored project timelines, and adjusted if required. I worked to an Agile methodology, whilst being flexible, to suit the requirements of the project. 

2017 - 2019

V.I. - Melbourne
Digital Producer & Marketo Certified Expert

In this role, I was assigned as the project manager to multiple clients. I monitored the delivery of the projects and provided the necessary oversight, advice, and assisted with all project activities. My responsibilities included CMS management, eDM creation, client management and pitches, performance analysis and reporting, client software training (CMS and Marketo) and creation of lead scoring campaigns, nurture campaigns and marketing automation programs via Marketo. programs via Marketo.

2017 - 2017

Helloworld Travel
Digital Executive

My role here saw me managing a total of 8 brands digital assets which included all social media, content creation – both imagery and video, website management, database management, eDM sends (via Silverpop), website redevelopments and stakeholder management – both internal and external.

2015 - 2017

Australian Grand Prix
Digital Coordinator & Acting Digital Manager

My role here saw me managing the F1 and MotoGP websites, sending eDMs via Marketo, managing databases, creating lead programs and scoring, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, content creation and managing all Social Media accounts for both events. After 18 months in this role, I stepped up to Acting Digital Manager.

B2B Magazine
Production Assistant

Here I worked on B2B magazine - a business magazine and Capital Magazine - a high fashion magazine where I was involved in Sales, Project Management, Design, Printing and Client Management.

Jones Hotel Group
Social Media Manager

My freelance role here sees me manage the Social Media accounts for this resort located in Albury. I create both video and still imagery for use on these channels and community manage these accounts.
